The owners are the cutest people in the world! soooo helpful and friendly. you will love this hotel.
This hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than most of the other places we stayed. There is a lift which is good (we had to carry our bags up 8 flights of stairs at another hotel, that after having climbed up the Eiffel tower!). This hotel is a great place to stay if you want a bargain near either Gare du Nord or Est. There are cheaper places out there, but the reviews get scary. This place is still pretty cheap (for Paris) but you will have no worries. It's a commercial area, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and overall a pretty safe place if you use your common sense. It's also fun to hear the owners speaking: english, german and japanese with the different costumer
The Hotel
The Hotel de l'Europe is located between the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est railway stations, the Grands Boulevards, the Moulin-Rouge, Montmartre. The Sacre-Coeur would be the place that you would not want to miss.
It stands in an easy to reach district (motorways and airports) which has preserved the charm of a lively shopping area.
