The Green room is a bar that welcomes you at any hour of the day. It captures the sunlight during the day and at night it is lit by art nouveau lamps.
The painted walls, with their green glint, are adorned with works by the famous illustrator René Gruau.
In summer, you can take advantage of the terrace that overlooks the Avenue Gabriel where you are nevertheless secluded from passers-by.
From the moment you enter, you will be entranced by the wonderful set of furniture from the soc-called Belle Epoque, the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, the reign of Napoleon III. A handsome marble staircase leads to the Presidential suite enabling its occupants to enjoy a private reception room.
The main salon is decorated with panelling or an ivory background and adorned with medallions of little angels.
An adjoining reception room has walls that are fully panelled completing the suite of 82 sq. m which can also be used as a conference room or celebration room (for weddings, cocktail parties, receptions, etc.).
You will be greeted warmly on arrival by the famous chez Maxim's “groom” who will soon put you at your ease. In the centre of the reception area, there is the sculpture of a cat by Jean-Paul Bongibault, heralding the start of a progressive excursion into the world of art so beloved by Pierre Cardin.

The Tonnelle Room is decorated with reproductions of paintings by Fragonard and unique pieces of art nouveau furniture and bronzes.
It leads directly into the patio, enabling you to take advantage of fine weather by enjoying your breakfast outdoors.
You can also hire this room for a breakfast for up to 33 people, a cocktail party for up to 60 people, and lunch or dinner for up to 40 people.
